FR107 Axial Leaded Fast Recovery Diodes 5 Pieces


A fast axial leaded recovery diode, FR107 has a low forward voltage drop, with a high current capability, and therefore suitable for electronics project requiring high current drain. It is highly reliable with high surge current capacity. Its maximum ratings and electrical characteristics are specified at 25oC ambient temperature unless otherwise specified. It finds application in single phase, half wave, 60Hz resistive or inductive load. It derate current by 20% for capacitive load.
